A digital wallet with cross-chain compatibility for collectors has been introduced by NFT marketplace Magic Eden. The Magic Eden Wallet was made available to the public on Monday, January 29, 2024, on the Solana, Ethereum, and Polygon blockchains.
Features of the self-custodial wallet include portfolio management, fast cross-chain swaps, and native bridging. Additionally, through connectivity with Magic Eden, users can trade NFTs directly.
According to Magic Eden, the wallet addresses are required for a practical method of accumulating NFTs across blockchains. Amidst the NFT market turnover of the previous year, the team focused on the wallet.
Enchantment Eden offered incentives for early adopters in February, including a Month of Perks. This contains special editions of NFT projects like Degenerate Ape Academy and Claynosaurz. Additionally, point multipliers, airdrops, and other prizes will be available to wallet users.
Magic Eden introduced Polygon in November after initially specializing in Solana NFTs. Three months after its inception, in March 2023, it added Ethereum and Bitcoin as its third and fourth supported networks. The wallet’s debut puts Magic Eden in a better position to provide a variety of NFT options and a satisfying user experience.
