Crypto exchange In conjunction with the 2023 Indian International Cricket Championship, OKX announced an online competition called the OKX Crypto Cricket Cup. The objective of the challenge is to motivate participants to understand Web3, to obtain unique NFTs with a cricket theme, and to compete for a share of a prize pool that totals more than $200,000.

The participants are required to finish activities, recommend friends, and gain knowledge of OKX Web3 products. In return, they’ll get gifts like commemorative NFTs that look like actual cricket teams competing in the international cricket championship, which will be dropped by air.

The prizes from the prize pool of 50,000 USDC, 30,000 USDC, and 20,000 USDC, respectively, will be divided among those who hold the NFTs that represent the winning team, second-place finisher, and third-place finisher in the actual competition. Throughout the campaign, participants will also receive additional rewards like token giveaways.

By gathering more NFTs through exploring the OKX NFT marketplace or finishing Web3 channels, users can improve their chances of getting a champion, runner-up, or third-place team. The tournament will run from October 5 through November 5 with the final prize distribution taking place on November 27.

Eligible participants can obtain NFTs during the campaign’s initial phase, which begins on October 5, by spreading the word about it on social media. Starting on October 9, users can finish Web3 missions on the Polygon chain using the OKX Wallet. Any user can earn incentives by referring friends to the tournament starting on October 16.

India, Australia, Bangladesh, England, Afghanistan, The Netherlands, New Zealand, Pakistan, South Africa, and Sri Lanka are just a few of the cricket-themed motifs found on the NFTs.
